How not to regret the passing of time?
For me it’s being productive and sticking to a routine.
So instead of counting the passing of months I chose to count the results and achievements - no matter how big or small they are.

Happy Thanksgiving 🍁 to all Americans that celebrate this holiday.
Although in Europe we are not celebrating it, I think it’s nice to have a day where we sit for a while in silence and be thankful for all the good that come upon us this past year.
Being grateful is a must in this era where we are constantly surrounded by sad news, sorrow and concern.
I hope that you all have at least one reason to carry on and be happy or happier ❤️
