Please note that with an FBA you are adding only at the bust area and the amount to be added is divided by 2 ,because you will be working on half of the front only. Also be sure to work on the sewing line or remove the seam allowance before doing the alteration. As mentioned in the video, do a sample / toile before cutting your final garment.

This is a quick and easy to follow tutorial from @TillyButtons showing how to do a Full Bust Adjustment on a dartless bodice. Most sewing patterns are drafted for a B-cup bust so if you are bigger than this, you may need a full bust adjustment. Action this on your sewing pattern and note that there will be slight gather or ease on the side front to accommodate the bust.
A great video by @thecreativecouturestudio showing how to add a button stand to an existing pattern. You can add a button stand to the centre front or centre back of a pattern or block that is on a fold or if it has a seam (ideally a straight seam).
This is an effective addition to patterns, explained clearly. To space your buttonholes, use a ruler, marking them at equal distances from the bust point or use an expandable sewing gauge. Remember to work on the sewing line and add seam allowance afterwards.
This is a quick tutorial by @thecreativecouturestudio on how to add into the bicep of a sleeve pattern. This method also work in reverse, if you have slim arms and need to pinch out of the bicep (the sleeve head in this instance will be more peaked / slightly higher, so amend the curve to be a nice, smooth shape as you would do when increasing the bicep).
As always, check your sleeve pattern against your armhole (there should be ease there which may differ depending on the garment style), and sew a toile/ sample if possible.
