Producer / Rapper / Audio Engineer.

I’m a self-taught producer who studied audio engineering in school — but most of what I know came from grinding it out in the studio and figuring things out on my own.

This channel is for independent artists, home studio heads, and anyone looking to level up their skills in music production, mixing, and recording. I use Ableton Live and a mix of tools — from UAD plugins to stock plugins and beyond — to show how you can get professional results no matter what gear you have.

Expect content like: 🎛️ Vocal chains & mic comparisons
🎚️ Mixing techniques

I do miss consistently gigging, but being in my late 30s (I turn 40 in October) has led me to a more “behind the scenes” path. Also mentoring young Hip-hop artists in my area has taken priority. I do plan on gigging again (with a new album) but it has to be worth my time and energy.

Bought a vocal pedal the other day. It’s an auto-tune vocal pedal, played around with it, it works very well. Would only use this for a live performance, definitely wouldn’t use it in the studio 🙅🏾‍♂️
