i received some really horrible news today (i’m okay, don’t worry) but in light of it i just think it’s important to share something…

life is rough, weird, and strange at times. it’s hard, it’s scary, it’s difficult to navigate and it’s so challenging at times that it feels impossible.

but it always gets better.

without valleys, it’s hard to appreciate the peaks. yes, the valleys might go on for a long time (too long) sometimes, but there are always things to find joy in waiting for you to find them.

i love you all very much, i believe (most) humans are a gift to the planet and have so much potential inside them to heal the world and make it better every day. you have no idea how many lives you impact every day… and how many people would miss you if you were no longer here. people you might not even expect.

this community is always here for you to lend an ear in difficult times, whoever is available and has space to do so will. there are also professional hotlines and help and support available a phone call away, and I encourage you to find the relevant ones in your country should you or anyone else you know need it…

the world is better with you in it 🤍 stay safe and be kind to one another. you are all so wonderful, and i know my life is better thanks to you all.

take care of yourselves this evening and every day, and do what makes you happy. life is far too short, so try to find one thing that brings you happiness each day.
