My name is Courtney Holland & I'm a Certified Exercise Physiologist & Personal Trainer & have my Masters degree in Exercise Physiology with a concentration in cardiopulmonary rehab. Best of all, I'm a mom to 3 young kids! I enjoy helping people in their health & fitness journey whether it be to improve their heart health, lose weight, increase strength or reduce stress!

The last 2 weeks of this program we have fun with supersets & compound sets! While the exercises are basic moves, we keep the intensity high! ๐ช๐

So far weโve been alternating upper & lower body exercises. Now we will separate upper & lower body into their own circuits! This small, but mighty progression will challenge us & continue to build lean muscle! ๐ช
Weโll keep the exercises basic so this is perfect for beginners as well as those who are advanced!
