My name is Courtney Holland & I'm a Certified Exercise Physiologist & Personal Trainer & have my Masters degree in Exercise Physiology with a concentration in cardiopulmonary rehab. Best of all, I'm a mom to 3 young kids! I enjoy helping people in their health & fitness journey whether it be to improve their heart health, lose weight, increase strength or reduce stress!

After a busy day working at the hospital, I came home and realized this workout was loaded with ads! ๐ฑ
I jumped on my computer and deleted around 20 ads inappropriately placed during this workout! ๐
