The latest news is 99 chinese an 99 Japanese videos are done, I started doing the Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories thumbnails today.

I will be ready to upload again in the next few days but I won’t, I’ve decided I don’t want a graph like this again next year I need a backlog and not rush things I’m aiming for a 12 of January date to begin I will do a video announcing when it’s confirmed.

I will be uploading Dispatch, Finishing Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories, NieR Replicant, Hollow Knight just to begin with.

Then we will play games I didn’t have time to cover that came out in 2025 like Silksong, Expedition 33 and so on, while also uploading new releases from 2026 and trending games.

I will also be sneaking in classic games when there is no new releases that interest me.

We should be covering quite a lot of games with 3 videos a day on this channel alone not counting my others.

It’s time to share the details of my plan with you all for this channel and for 3DeePee as a whole.

We all know by now that revamping everything was part of it but the next stage is the ambitious one. I’m hoping that in the next few days I will have everything fixed, and if all goes well, daily uploads will begin on December 25th: one video a day until January 1st.

During the next few days, I’ll also start uploading on my foreign channels and Facebook so they can catch up to this channel.

Then on January 1st, I’m hoping to be ready to upload 36 videos a day.

This channel will upload 3 a day.
My Point and Click channel will upload 3 a day.
I will also add built-in English subtitles to the 6 daily upload videos for Facebook.

I will then upload the same 6 videos with built-in Traditional Chinese, and Japanese subtitles on my two other YouTube channels.

And another 6 videos on the Chinese video site, and 6 on the Japanese site.

Which brings the grand total to 36 uploads a day.
In a 30-day month, that’s 1,080 uploads, and 13,140 uploads in a full calendar year.

When I have funny moments in those games, I’ll clip them and upload them to my Shorts channel, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok as well.

I’m also hoping to upload one video a day to my Archive channel on top of everything else.

This is possibly the most ambitious project any YouTuber has ever attempted especially a gaming channel and the hilarious thing is that barely anyone even knows this channel exists, so no one has any idea of the level of work and discipline I’m preparing to put into it.

But it doesn’t stop there.

As you guys know, I’ve changed my diet. Tomorrow marks the first day of fully implementing it: 150–180g of protein a day, daily muscle workouts, 30 minutes of cardio, plus omega-3, B12, and D3/K2 supplements. All of this will help me stay focused and bring more energy into my videos. I also plan to put aside an hour a day to learn more about God and improve my relationship with Him.

Now, getting sick or recording fewer videos than my daily upload goal is always possible which is why I want a backlog. By January 1st, I should have over 100 videos ready. At the moment, I have around 30. I will aim to record more than the bare minimum every single day.

And if burnout happens, we’ll reduce the Point and Click uploads from 3 a day to 1.

I aim for every video to be roughly 40 minutes, give or take.

It’s exciting. I’m really looking forward to working out again tomorrow it’s been a while. It’s time to get into shape while also building this channel up.

This is why returning to a full-time schedule has taken so long. To upload at the level I’m planning, without proper structure or preparation, you will almost certainly mess up. I had to make sure the foundations were set and everything was in order.

The dates I’ve given aren’t guaranteed yet they’re placeholders but I like round numbers, and January 1st feels fitting. It could end up being the 10th, for all we know.

But yeah, that’s the plan: record, upload everywhere, and hope people find my videos, enjoy them, and connect with my personality.

And if any of you want to help, feel free to create clips or record moments and upload them anywhere. In fact, I encourage it.

All I can do is give it my best shot and leave the rest in the Lord’s hands. If I fail, at least I gave it my all and had fun doing it.

This is a huge update.

The subtitles are now complete, and I’ve enhanced the thumbnails on this channel that I’m keeping. I’m also going to redo the thumbnails I dislike over the next few days. The titles and descriptions have been updated as well.

I’d also like to add that I will reply to comments I haven’t replied to yet once uploads start happening again.

Now for the actual update: as you guys know, I’m going to be running this channel as my main channel, plus a secondary Point and Click channel with daily uploads, as well as the Japanese and Taiwan channels.

Well, I’ve decided to expand even further. As you know, I’ve always said I want to be optimised for all regions and nationalities that’s what the subtitles were always about, making my content accessible to everyone.

Today I’ve decided I’m also going to expand beyond YouTube and upload on other platforms in different regions. I’ll be uploading on the mainland Chinese version of YouTube and on other sites that are popular in different countries.

And don’t be concerned about adding built-in subtitles to videos I’ve already edited and rendered it’s just like 15 minutes extra render time, so it’s not a big deal. But doing it for 99 videos for Chinese, Taiwan Chinese, Japanese, etc., will add a few days of work. Probably about a day per language to begin with.

The good news is we’re nearing not only my full-time return but also my new schedule, and I’m very excited about this. As I mentioned before, I plan on doing a big batch of recordings to cover the days I might miss. So early to mid-January return is the goal, and until then, uploads will be here and there.

Once the thumbnails are done, I’ll start recording around 8 videos a day. The backlog will be finished after about 20 days of recording. Then I’ll move down to 6 a day and upload 3 a day on both my main and Point and Click channels, while also uploading on various other platforms.

I’ve worked out that if I do 40-minute videos, then while they’re rendering I can make thumbnails and subtitles. Once that’s complete, I can work out while they render. That should also leave me a few hours of spare time per day. I’ve really put a lot of planning into all of this. If I sleep 8 hours a day maximum, I should comfortably be able to keep this work ethic up.

The best-case scenario is that in the future I’ll be able to hire editors and thumbnail artists. Honestly, that would save me 5–6 hours a day, and it would not only make this content workload manageable it would make it easy.

This is possibly the biggest if not one of the biggest actual projects that a gaming content creator has ever attempted.

And to try this as such a small channel is going to be an interesting experiment.

And what makes this experiment even more fascinating is hardly anyone knows about this project.

There is no actual benchmarks or targets I have to hit for this to be worth it and I have no actual targets or benchmarks to say this is a failure I’m just going to go with the flow and enjoy the ride.

I’ve been taking a mental break to focus on Christmas. The internet right now feels like it’s just people fighting each other and arguing nonstop the fun of it is really being sucked out. So I’ve just stayed away from social media to clear my head, empty a room ready to be replastered next month, and decorate the house for Christmas.

We haven’t celebrated Christmas in years. Obviously, when I was looking after my dad during his final years, there wasn’t anything to celebrate. And last Christmas was the first one without him so we didn’t celebrate that either.

Don’t worry though, the channel is still being worked on. Just one more video on this channel needs its subtitles fixed, then we move onto thumbnails and those will be fast.

I’ve decided that over the next day or two, I’ll upload a few things here and there. For now, I’ll be using just English subtitles, even though I’ve got full translated subtitles ready for each video. I want to test a few things and slowly roll out the additional languages to see how YouTube reacts.

I’ve got plenty of games I want to play and I’m excited to start recording again, but I’m not aiming for a full schedule until January. I want time to chill with my mum who’s basically the only family I have now and just relax before the real grind begins.

Because when I say I’m going all in on YouTube… I mean it. No days off. A year or two of nonstop high-level output. So I want to make sure everything is in order my life, my health, the structure of the channel because if we don’t have that balance and routine, we will fail.

This will sound crazy but the goal is to have a backlog of 3 videos a day fully ready to go, even on days when I can’t record. That’s a possible backlog of 120+ videos, all fully edited, subtitled, and with thumbnails while also uploading 3 a day.

We’re building a conveyor belt of content.

Big update for 🇯🇵 and 🇹🇼 viewers!

Quick update on what’s happening behind the scenes.

I’m finally reaching the end of the biggest project I’ve ever taken on. There’s only 4 or 5 videos left to subtitle
once they’re done, I move straight into redoing around 20 thumbnails that badly need a full refresh.

Once those thumbnails are done, uploads officially begin again.

I’ve officially bought and downloaded Five Hearts Under One Roof, and that’ll be our next playthrough once subtitles are done.

Right now, I’ve only got Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories and NieR Replicant left to subtitle. Once that’s done likely by the end of this week we’ll start uploading Five Hearts Under One Roof. I’ll also be recording Re:Chain of Memories during the week to wrap that up properly.

From there, we jump into Indika, Little Nightmares III, The Last of Us Part I (PS5 version), and eventually continue Zelda, Hollow Knight, etc. All the videos for the Japanese channel are about halfway done too, so that should launch by the end of the week. The Chinese channel (Taiwan) should follow early next week.

Oh I also deleted the Final Fantasy X series. Save file is gone, so I’ll have to replay it from scratch. I’ll also re-record Kingdom Hearts Final Mix properly and get that up ASAP.

I know this part’s boring as hell, and I really want to just get back to recording, but we’ve got one more week of this grind before we’re fully live across every channel again.

I’m still grinding through subtitles taking it slow, doing around 2 a day. It’s boring, it drains the soul, and it kills motivation, I can’t stand doing them, but it’s something I have to do. Only about 18 videos left now.

After a lot of thought, I’ve decided to scale back the number of subtitle languages. I just can’t guarantee the accuracy across the board. So we’re cutting:

Bangla, Basque, Bulgarian, Burmese, Catalan, Croatian, Czech, Greek, Hebrew, Hungarian, Persian, Romanian, Serbian, Slovak, Swahili, Urdu, and Zulu.

This marks the full reboot/rebrand of the entire 3DeePee YouTube network after being banned for 3–4 years and deleting 1700+ videos. It’s been a long journey.

We should’ve started sooner, but life hit hard. I lost my dad, lost my best friend, and battled depression on and off for 18 months.

But we’re back. The onslaught is coming.

I need a big project to stay locked in on when I have rest days or take things easy I end up getting depressed and feel like I’m doing nothing.

I might even drop the Last of Us series every couple of days while we ramp everything up and wait for Japanese and Taiwan channels to catch up.

Also debating to create social media accounts especially for those channels and if there a success we will also unleash a Korean and maybe more channels in the future but for the near future this is the locked in plans.

But you know me and you know I’m very flexible and fluid in changing ideas.

Also after the weight gain i told you guys I would lock in a diet which I have done and once I get this schedule up and running on YouTube we will slowly introduce daily workouts too.

In the meantime I’m watching documentaries learning about Christianity more and trying to better myself as a person during my down time.

Guys, I need to apologise.

When I first uploaded Kingdom Hearts Final Mix, I was recording at 6am every day. I was exhausted, depressed, and mentally drained. I had no energy and it really shows in the commentary.

After working on the subtitles and rewatching the series, I realised the videos are honestly terrible. I butchered an amazing game with lifeless commentary and I’m genuinely not happy with these videos.

So I’m going to delete that playthrough from the channel and replay the game properly, with the energy and passion it deserves.

Thank you for understanding I want to give you guys the best content I can, not something half‑assed.

The thing is commentating isn’t easy and it takes thousands upon hours of commentating to develop and improve on the camera, Everyone’s early videos suck but I’m sorry I can’t allow a pile of shit like this on my channel.

You deserve better.

I’m ambitious, but I’m grounded.

I’ll always speak my mind and speak from experience. Not everyone will agree, and not everyone will like it and that’s okay. I don’t mean that in a fake “I don’t care” kind of way. I mean it in the realest way possible love or hate won’t sway me. I never set out to hurt or offend anyone who hasn’t done wrong by me, but when you speak your truth publicly, someone will eventually get offended even unintentionally. That’s just life.

I’m not here to be perfect. I wasn’t created to follow the crowd or mirror what’s popular. I was created to be me and that’s all I ever intend to be.

What makes me powerful and gives me power is the fact that:

I don’t seek online validation.
I don’t chase approval.
I don’t build my identity around a false image.

Because of that, I don’t move like everyone else. I don’t mold myself into the same recycled version of what “works” online. That makes me dangerous in today’s world because I’m not controlled by desperation or greed.

When you see creators promoting gambling to kids, it’s often because they’re in too deep chasing money they don’t have or selling out because they’re scared to fall off. When you see others bend their personality just to fit in and please sponsors, it’s because they’re not free. They’re locked in a system of survival, where saying the wrong thing means losing everything.

That’s not me.

I’m not afraid to walk alone. I’m not afraid to piss people off. I’m not afraid of getting something wrong, learning, or owning my mistakes. Because I’m human and that’s all I’ll ever be. But I’ll be me, fully and honestly.

We live in a world that’s oversensitive, over-policed, and over-labeled. People let every opinion or disagreement break them. But here’s the truth you don’t need everyone to like you. You don’t even have to like everything about someone to respect or love them.

Some of the strongest friendships in the world are built on one shared value and everything else is different. You don’t need to agree on 100% of everything to get along. That’s the beauty of being human.

We’re not meant to fit in boxes. We’re not meant to be identical clones.
So let people like me the ones who don’t fit in be that lone wolf

Let us speak, let us think, let us exist as individuals.

Because that’s what real freedom is, And hopefully we can inspire more people to stand out and be individuals.

Because you may not notice it but at some stage we have all altered our personality or hid our thoughts to fit in.

We need a new era an era where we celebrate individuals.

We’re making solid progress behind the scenes probably just a week or two left until everything’s fully ready.

What I’ll be doing is updating you all as each channel is finished and ready to start uploading again. For example, once the Taiwan channel is good to go, I’ll post an update. Same goes for the Japanese channel, archive channel, and the point & click channel. I’ll start uploading on them one by one as they’re ready and once all of that’s set up, then this main channel will resume uploads too.

Right now I’ve got around 30 videos prepped for the point & click channel, and 30–50 videos already translated into Traditional Chinese. So the next few updates from me will be letting you know which channels are officially live and active again.

Last time I rushed back into uploading before my foundations were fully set I’m not making that mistake again. This time I’m making sure everything is stable and running properly before we return full force. Depending on how much work I can knock out, we’re probably 7–18 days away. Hang tight we’re nearly there.

It’s taken a few months for me to figure out the style of descriptions and thumbnails etc I like now it’s time to finalise everything.
