✅ What You Can Do

🏠 Stay indoors when AQI is high
🌿 Keep air-purifying indoor plants (Snake plant, Spider plant, Peace lily, Areca palm)
😷 Mask up when going out
💨 Use air purifiers at home
💧 Stay hydrated — water, coconut water, fruits, soups, electrolytes
🥗 Choose whole foods — healthy fats, protein, antioxidants, fiber, fermented foods
❌ Avoid refined sugar & junk
⚖️ Balance haldi — more isn't always better
✨ Consider curcumin supplements only if needed & guided

🍵 Anti-Pollution Healing Tea

Ingredients
🌡️ 1 cup hot water
✨ 1 tsp turmeric
🌿 2 Tulsi leaves
🍯 1 tsp jaggery
🧂 A pinch of black pepper

Method
1️⃣ Stir turmeric into hot water
2️⃣ Add Tulsi + steep 3–5 mins
3️⃣ Mix jaggery + black pepper
4️⃣ Sip slowly & breathe 🌬️💛
