LIFE UPDATE ✨

We’ve been a bit MIA these last few weeks due to a sudden and unexpected death in the family. It’s been really tough for both Max and I to process this (especially right before the holidays) so we took some time to step away from reality to cope with our new reality.
Spoiler alert: We’re back!

With that said… We’re back, realigned and ready for all that 2024 will bring! We’re working on getting a bunch of content together for you guys so be prepared to see a lot more, regular updates from us once again.

You may have also noticed that we’ve updated a few things on our social pages. Don’t worry, we’re still the same Mountains2Seas you’ve come to love! We’ve just slightly adjusted our page to better reflect us, our priorities and the direction we’re heading.

With this new direction mentioned, we’ll be starting off a bit smaller this time around and our focus will be on short form videos to start. We still love making long form videos (and we've got one more coming out tomorrow!) so the YouTube adventures will be back soon!

Moving forward, you can expect to see a lot more of us sharing our small living and big dreams & adventures; where ever in the world that may lead.
There’s a whole big world out there to explore and life’s too sort to stay in one place.

Well that escalated quickly!

Last week, we were unable to film the wind turbine in action due to no wind so we were planning to film this week.
Winter showed up with the winds this week so we weren’t able to film the turbine in action (not recommended to use during a snow storm).

Unfortunately, this means we don’t have a video for this week, but stay tuned for more to come!

We’re so, so greatful for the time change and the extra hour of sleep last night.

If you follow our insta, you’ll know I was up very late wrapping up a work thing so unfortunately I’ll be a little delayed getting our video out today (needs a few finishing touches).

The perils of travel.
While it was working fine yesterday, I plugged in our external drive to make some final tweaks for today’s video and the external no longer connects.
We gave it a few tries and even tried again later in the day with no success.

So unfortunately, we’ve lost the footage and video prepared for today’s video. 😔

Thankfully, we only use this drive for current projects and media, so the loss is relatively minimal.

We sincerely apologize and we’re working on getting next weeks video completed soon!
