Your knowledge,advice and experience is ignored all year. You have to beg for your Tuition fees every month even though no amount of money can match the knowledge being given.Still you have to beg. Students as well as their parents change their path they are walking as soon as they see their fellow teachers .But greet kind heartedly to those uneducated,illiterate,corrupt politicians who has done nothing good for their society. People keeping society in Dark is respected and teachers being the light is not. But that one day you are wished "HAPPY TEACHERS DAY" given different kinds of pens which is of no use,sang a song by fellow students whom you have never seen in your class and create ruckus by drinking alcohols at the end of the day. Is this how a Teachers needs to be respected? Is this how a Teachers Day should be celebrated? I as a Guru never want respect from nobody neither any other commodities which I can already buy. Rather I want that knowledge and discipline which we all Gurus acquire to be spread in each students with only one motive, Being Good and doing Good to all living beings. Learn.Achieve and then Inspire. That will be mine rather ours Guru Dakshina❤ Lastly i would like to quote "IF YOU CHANGE NOTHING, NOTHING WILL CHANGE"
Shame! I was always against of such recruitments which was based on nepotism or political,as those who have cleared SSC / TET / GATE felt injustice being served. We have worked hard all our life to get our dream job and someone gets our dream job just because they offered bribe or belonged to some political organisation? Is this justice? Many teachers are being recruited not on their basis of merit rather political connection. This hugely impact our society as well as on upcoming generation because a teacher being recruited by such false means always give negative vibe about education. A teacher is a leader for a society and if a leader is corrupted then what will he/she will preach?? What impact will be on his/her students? Please stop such recruitements even on temporary basis🙏 Shame! Any person getting permanent just because they belong to some political organization or can offer bribe is a tight slap to those who is working hard all their life to clear exams,to be stable in life just to support their family🙌
Many Teachers in school and colleges don't teach with dedication and hence culture of tuition and coaching classes developed. Later on education quality of coaching institute also went down as their sole purpose has become to mint money and not deliver the education.
Hence parents and students are looking for platforms where interactive education at cheaper rate can be obtained.
Only solution is Govt should come up with free interactive education platforms as per prescribed syllabus. Free and fair education is right of every child. This is my take. What's your take on this? Your opinion will be highly indebted🙏

At times,he wore tore clothes,broken watch and even tore shoes. Yes,my Pa is my hero❤ Happy Fathers day to all superheros out there.
