Update on the Nintendo Zelda TOTK copyright strikes:
I counter claimed, gave them all my sensitive info, wrote an essay on US fair use rights, explained in great detail of how my video falls under fair use, said I would be willing to defend myself in court..

And they (WebCapio and Nintendo) dropped the strike.

To anyone who said I was in the wrong for "leaking", I didn't actually leak anything, I covered what was shown in hands-on videos and did speculation and analysis (a lot of it with wrong theories because I honestly did not know and was just speculating). These videos were created and published before the game was leaked into roms and emulators, I was simply talking about what they showed us because I am excited for the game. It was all under fair use rights with public visible media that Nintendo is for some strange reason trying to hide, when nintendo and their associates were the ones who released it through their creator hands-on invites. No fault of mine to discuss what was shown.

My only mistake was sensationalizing my youtube titles and thumbnails to have the words LEAK or LEAKED that triggered a false "manually" reviewed claim. Stay safe from the fake claims, if you need help reach out to me.

Just a heads up, the new video today has absolutely ZERO footage from trailers, TOTK website images, hands-on gameplay, Nintendo direct video.. nothing! Just me talking about Zelda gameplay and tips for beginners with my own text over it. Let's see how that goes.

Posted an update on whats going on with WebCapio (the 3rd party company that nintendo hired to stop leaks) who have struck down my speculation videos on gameplay footage that was shown to us in official trailers before leaks on videos that only used trailer footage.

Nintendo just filed a copyright strike down on my Zelda video that only used Zelda Tears of the Kingdom trailer footage.

I simply talked and speculated about items that were shown in their trailers and official images shown in the hands-on gameplay they invited creators to. I made and published those videos days before the game was leaked and only speculated and made theories. Even more to the fact that those theories were proven wrong once the actual leaks came out.

This is beyond messed up, I'm making my other videos private in fear of losing my channel if they strike down others. This is absolutely ridiculous we cannot talk about this game even speculate on it. I feel like my rights to fair use are being infringed on.

I don't know what to do at this point because it seems I am being targeted and I can't even talk about the game while speculating things they've shown us.
