This channel is about the pursuit of the "Perfect" home entertainment system and my goal is to find products that push the boundaries and offer us exceptional performance. My focus is more on quality rather than affordability and that sometimes means products that are very expensive, As with everything in life you get what you pay for I also try and find the gems and stand out products at a variety of price points so expect to see products reviewed on this channel that cost in the £2-25k price range.

HEADS UP: for a HiFi Event happening 31st Jan 2026 at Reference Audio the HiFi Dealer in Whitham in Essex. The guys have asked me to be a guest and offer my help and advice to any attendees which I am happy to do. I am also quite the crack in real life, always looking to have a laugh, joke and good time. They told me there will be a number of new products being shown as well as lots of systems to see and listen to.

It shows many people are really digging the idea of the huge outdoor screen experience, now I have seen it, I do get it. No hype with this one, its a cracking bit of kit.

Have you ever seen anything like this before?
I am working on my review for the new Anker Soundcore Nebula X1 Pro projector with its Dolby Atmos audio system.
The HUGE screen behind me I took in the boot of my car, with a projector for it, its dolby atmos audio system, a power station for its electricity, my cameras, lights, media player, clothes, movie snacks and more. All in the boot of an estate car. Think about how amazing that is.
Its one of the biggest screens I have seen outside a commercial cinema and this created a very high end in its own right outdoor cinema. Its nuts on another level, but so much fun and in the dark it was incredible!.
I love this whole setup, I just need a bigger house, so please tell your friends to join my Patreon to help me :)

SUPER SIMPLE HDMI EARC SURVEY - I am interested to know do you have integrated HiFi amplifiers with a HDMI EARC (or ARC) input, do you use and value it.
This is the same question if your considering an integrated amplifier upgrade how important is it to have HDMI EARC?
