What will be extra special about my upcoming gig for the Anton Corbijn exhibition opening party at Fotografiska Berlin (as if that wasn’t special enough), is that the incredibly talented Alice Gift will be joining me on stage on guitar and bass. I’ve been a fan of Alice’s music ever since he played in Velvet Condom. It’s no wonder that Mark Reeder used one of their songs in the soundtrack for his Berlin music film, "B-Movie: Lust & Sound in West-Berlin 1979–1989."
Every singer wants their Steve Stevens to join them on stage hehe. 🎸
I'll be performing at the the Anton Corbijn opening party, May 8th at Fotografiska Berlin. I'll be joined on stage by the most talented Alice Gift (who is also 1/2 of Velvet Condom) on guitar and bass. We will perform some of the new and old songs at 21:30. 😍
Celebrate 50 years of Anton Corbijn’s iconic photography with us during a wild opening party on 8 May featuring 10 live acts across the entire museum.
The night begins with an artist talk between Anton Corbijn, followed by a full lineup of live performances and DJ sets across multiple floors until late.
