Rest in power, Bettina Köster - the magnificent artist of Malaria! and Mania D. Your art and music will live on forever, continuing to inspire, just as it did for me when I first discovered Malaria! and my mind was blown.🥀🌠✨
It's always a good day when it's a Bandcamp Friday - which is TODAY (Fri, March 6th)! A day where @bandcamp waves their fees to support artists. 😊 sallydige.bandcamp.com/
A little Black Friday weekend note 🌻 If you’ve been wanting to pick up a record, shirt, or digital release, everything on Bandcamp is 20% off with the code BFSD.
The offer is available until Monday December 1st 11:59pm UTC.
It's Bandcamp Friday! The day when Bandcamp waives its fees so if you have been feeling like you want to get the record, merch or any goodies, today is that day! ha. Bandcamp Link: sallydige.bandcamp.com/
I talk about Talk Talk as an inspiration, playing a broken flea market saxophone in the school band (old pic inserted in this post), starting my label, and how I’ve come to see my life story as being the tortoise in a world of hares.
And THANK YOU, Opa, for that broken sax you bought me at the flea market! I know you said, "Why buy a new instrument when you can find one for 10 bucks at the flea market?!" I still managed to get it squeaking and playing despite the challenges and every professional I brought it to insisting it was useless, unplayable trash. Hahaha. I have also learned though that a good, working tool DOES go farther than a broken one haha. :)
I've been a lil quiet here but that's because I've been working on a few projects right now which I hope to share with you all soon! I was doing quite a few interviews these past months around my latest album "Holding the Sun," and one thing that is often asked is "what inspires you?" and you know what? It is this world and my friends around me who really inspire me! So I thought to bring some of that into a new project. Thanks to my friends who have taken part, it's been a lot of fun! More to come!
Here are some raw-unpolished clues to what's cooking 😉 Can you guess what it is? :)

I made a vinyl unboxing video of my record, since some of you requested it ☺️. Which one is your favourite of the 3 colours? Mine is the dreamy pink!
