Hello! My name is Alexey. This is a video diary of my life with bipolar disorder. I am a physicist. But I am also interested in linguistics and psychology.
I keep this vlog mostly for tracking my condition and for autopsychotherapy, but I will be glad if it turns out to be interesting for someone.
In addition, I make videos about Esperanto and other languages. Learning languages is my hobby. I call it linguotherapy, and I consider it one of the methods of dealing with psychological/mental problems.
