I’m heartbroken to share that I have contracted COVID-19 and will be unable to continue performing as Norma Desmond in Sunset Boulevard in Taipei.
It’s devastating not to be able to finish this week’s performances. I’ve absolutely loved every moment on stage here and have been deeply moved by the warmth and enthusiasm of the Taipei audiences and fans.

On Saturday, June 28th, Sarah Brightman will appear on the renowned Japanese television program Daimei no Nai Ongakukai (The Untitled Concert), in a special episode titled “Music Beyond Boundaries,” celebrating music that transcends genres.
Airing on TV Asahi from 10:00–10:30AM JST, the program features a performance of “Time to Say Goodbye” and a beautiful rendition of “Scarborough Fair,” in collaboration with acclaimed koto player and composer LEO. Also featured in the episode is COLAPS, beatbox world champion.
