𝐇𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 - 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐧: On 1 February 2012, exactly 13 years ago, the ‘Kammer’ started their ‘Seasons’ with ‘Season 0 - Early Adoptions’. 

𝐓𝐰𝐨 𝐎𝐫𝐩𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐬
• Marcus ‘Max’ Testory, musician. Known to date primarily as the singer and main man behind the band ‘Chamber’ and the Viennese gothic rock band ‘A Wedding Anniversary’. Orphaned after the end of ‘Chamber’. In search of a new musical home.
• Matthias ‘Matze’ Ambré, musician. Known to date for his work with the German gothic rock band ASP, of which he was co-founder, guitarist, producer, arranger and co-songwriter. Orphaned after the breakup. In search of a new musical home.

The two orphans built their own orphanage and called it “Die Kammer”

|| The logo was created by their friend and illustrator Ingo Römling.
|| The artwork photo was provided by their friend and photographer Sven Fennema.

𝐄𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐀𝐝𝐨𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
As a teaser before releasing their first songs, the two protagonists published a small, multi-part allegory about their new musical home. It was told in the form of a fairy tale with a little heroine called ‘Sophie’.

»Sophie knelt at her grandfather's grave. He had been buried in a simple stone cave, without ceremony or honour. And now she was alone. Nothing remained of him except his last words: ‘Hidden in the chamber... seek the chamber...’ Sophie turned to her grandfather's grave and said,

 ‘I will find the chamber. I promise you!’
 
And so she set out on her quest …«
