Diane wrote her first song at 3 & started playing guitar at 7. She was 100% pacemaker dependent until over a year ago when her doctor turned off the pacemaker since her heart is beating on its own. Diane found healing through the vibrations of her guitar and her voice, and started her journey to make healing music to help others. Diane is now one of the top 10 healing artists in the world.
In addition, she's released numerous projects and collaborations under Ah Nee Mah, Enaid, Earth Trybe, Marquis Ensemble. Her first album, Celtic Nights sold over 500,000 copies and was released under her Celtic alias, ‘Enaid,' which is Diane spelled backwards and means soul in old Celtic.

"These songs are part of my story, and maybe a part of everyone’s story at some time. 'Rising,’ 'Fly Into The Wind,’ 'Fearlessly Falling' and 'When I Fall,’ were written during a time of deep sadness and discouragement, and they each were a pep talk to myself to keep going. It worked, and life turned around I went on to write 'Dive Into Me’, 'Turquoise Sky' and 'Hold on to Hope'. Sharing our stories lights the way and brings us together because everyone has a story to tell, and share, and move on from, or dive into."

"In my youth I was horribly bullied, and music was a healing and empowering outlet for me, which led to exploring lots of different musical instruments. For instance in this song, I play a metal tongue drum and a wooden tongue drum to tell my story. This song is about empowerment and Rising above it all. And I found this beautiful phrase in the title, which sums it up perfectly. I SING. ’In the video, the dancer beautifully represents the strength and courage it takes to rise above hurt and suppression just by being our own, true authentic self. There is great power in living our truth and rising above negative energy that crosses our path."

I've released another song from my upcoming Aquaria II - Ascension album, which has a message of female empowerment and humanity ascending up to love, nurturing peace, and a higher awareness.
When I write music, I always get in tune with the energy I feel from the Earth and humanity. The day that ‘Echoes of the Past Float Away was written, I could feel that a great letting go was needed because something new, something better was waiting to take its place. True enough that things seem hopeless at times, but we are uniting on so many fronts now, demanding fairness, equality and transparency. We are on the way to becoming one family, as it was meant to be, as we release the old from the past.”
