Bench&Briefs

Hello, all! Just a brief note to let you know about a new feature Bench&Briefs is rolling out for the 2026-2027 Term. ⚖️

Starting today and the day before each oral argument, we will publish the official Questions Presented (QPReport) under the Posts tab, the Community button, and on the homepage.

While our videos always include the Questions Presented in the first frames, it goes by fast! Having the QPReport in advance gives you a head start.

The official document is packed with valuable information that may also include:

💠 Some background how the legal dispute arose.

💠 A specific question the Court added or limited argument to and has directed the attorneys to address.

💠 Details like a justice’s change in participation.

You will recognize them by a colorful date banner across the top.

Please feel free to leave your thoughts and feedback in the comments.
