This year has been a whirlwind, but incredibly satisfying.
My main learning point:
When life is hard - sometimes work can help push you through!
I have worked incredibly hard to establish something meaningful to my own struggles.
And it fills me with immense satisfaction when I get to help others going through the same thing.

1850 Grafts.
This is an example of a conservative hairline approach in a patient in his 30s.
The patient wanted a re-frame of the face, but also wanted the hairline to age well.
The issue with lowering the hairline too much is it can look unnatural once the patient is in his 50s, 60s, 70s.
Additionally, by going slightly higher...the patient can get better density.

Good technicians are the backbone of a good hair transplant clinic.
Technicians cut and place grafts. They also assist during surgery.
The issue comes when technicians perform surgery. Without medical training on the anatomy and physiology of the scalp, this is when we run into complications.
