In honor of this holiday season, I made myself a chainmaille-clad bat ear headpiece inspired by vintage Halloween costumes of the 1800s. If this project piques your interest, I’ve posted the full process on my channel. Happy Halloween! 🦇

Last year, I decided to level up my Halloween decor with some handmade accoutrements. After rewatching Over the Garden Wall, I knew I wanted to have Enoch on display. Here's how I brought him to life!
Let me know what you plan to DIY for Halloween this year!

It’s a rare treat when I create a piece that I can incorporate into my everyday attire, which is why this tie is such a fantastic addition to my closet. This piece was such a quick and satisfying project, and I would highly recommend that every mailler create one of their own. Plus, it was a much-needed break from large projects while still keeping my hands busy.
And speaking of large projects, I’ve got a major Halloween video in the works that I can’t wait to share with you! I’ll be posting updates on my Patreon if you’d like to get a behind-the-scenes look. Wish me luck!

A unique adornment has been added to the shop - The Venus Belt. This treasure is forged solely of stainless steel, guaranteed to stand the test of time and become a staple for any adventurer who’s looking for love in all the wrong taverns.
It’s been a long while since I’ve been able to get in some proper mailling time, but I’m finally back in the saddle. My commissions are officially open for business, and I’ll be back to my regular content schedule soon. This year has been a bit of a kick in the pants, but now that things are settling into place, I can’t wait to begin creating for you all again!
Check out my latest short for a behind-the-scenes look into the making of this piece!

Thank you for all the wonderful Valentine’s Day flail appreciation and the incredible support on my first-ever full-length video! I’m honored to have a community of folks who enjoy this annual tradition as much as I do. This project was such an immense labor of love and it means the world to me to be able to share my process with you.
I have been in a complete trance of pink and pliers these past few weeks and, now that I’ve had a chance to look back on how much time and effort went into this gigantic piece, I’m wildly proud of what I was able to produce. I’m not sure how I’m gonna be able to top this one next year but I’m looking forward to the challenge!
Until next time, happy Valentine's Day! 🩷

There is nothing more rewarding than bringing a garment to life with your hands. As a chainmailler, I know this feeling well, however, learning a new skill to create a piece is equally satisfying. Though I am new to this craft, I can already tell that I have gotten too much of a taste for it to turn back now.
I am eternally grateful that everyone has been so encouraging towards my mini-side-quest into the world of sewing. I can’t wait to see where this new exploration takes me and I’m honored to have you all along for the ride!

What I love most about Halloween is that I finally have an excuse to create a spooky chainmaille project, and this year did not disappoint! These horns have easily become my favorite accessories and I wish I could wear them year-round.
I am ecstatic about your positive feedback and I’m beyond thrilled to hear that you love these horns as much as I do! If you are interested in a pair all your own, let me know which colors you would prefer and, if enough folks are into the idea, I may be able to add a limited batch to the shop in the future!
Thank you again for all of your support towards each one of my increasingly experimental creations. With your encouragement, I have been able to step out of my comfort zone to try new things and it has been such a blast! It means the absolute world to me to have such a wonderful group of supporters who are willing to come along for the journey.
Wishing you all a safe and happy Halloween!

Chappell Roan (of Arc) Inspired Gloves ✨
As soon as I saw Chappell emerge clad in maille and armor, I had no choice but to create a piece in honor of Roan of Arc. Each of her VMA looks had me in awe but I settled wholeheartedly on the beautiful black chainmaille gloves that she donned on the carpet.
I’m struggling to find the words to express how proud I am of these gloves. As always, I expected this to be a straight-forward project but in the true me-fashion, I couldn’t help but take it over the top. This project was so much fun to bring to life and I will definitely be sewing more beads and buttons onto unsuspecting chainmaille again in the future!

I’m incredibly grateful for the warm welcome of my latest project: the Kingsmaille Wrap Shirt. There is something so wildly satisfying about bringing a piece to life that, for all intents and purposes, shouldn’t work outside the confines of my imagination, but alas, I stand by my sentiment that anything is possible with chainmaille!
Although it’s been a bit since I shared the original introduction to this creation, I wanted to provide a better look at the details, especially the back embellishment that ultimately brought this piece together. This project was such a fun challenge and I’m thrilled with the final results. I will be manifesting the opportunity of debuting it at a renaissance festival in the near future!
Thank you again for your encouragement and support as I continue to work on these labor intensive projects. As you may have noticed, I am attempting to create (at least) one piece per month which means I do have a project in the works for next week that I can’t wait to share with you!
Until then, happy mailling! ❤︎
