Do women over 50 need 10,000 steps a day? No. I encourage you to keep walking at your own pace. I do not count steps. I just walk... and talk to you, my friends. If you do count steps, get all the steps, but dont feel like you've somehow failed if you dont meet your goal everyday!❤️

Tomorrow is my dental surgery. Ive been waiting forever, it seems. Im going to take you with me, but the embarrassment is real. My goal is that maybe someone who needs dental work done can gain motivation by watching me. Its not going to be easy, and its a long process, but sometimes all we need is that first step.
