IST does not transfer the brand tbz, but allows to USE it. At the moment it may seem good because this name for us dobi and guys has a deep meaning. BUT if they will promote as tbz, for OneHundred it will be a huge financial minus. Since all income from merch, advertising, etc. will go to IST.
As for the songs, they can use them provided they pay royalties. This is usually paid per performance, not a one-time payment. 💀💀💀
