Hi guys! I just want to say, I'm going on hiatus for a while.

I've finally finished uploading the last Hololive Christmas Relay, so it's a good time as any. It's definitely not because of recent events.

I might pop up some time to upload some of the 3D clips, otherwise I will let you guys know when and if I will resume my usual activity.

Hi guys! It's been a while since I last made a post.

I have to inform you that, it seems to me that YouTube has made some questionable update. I've lost access to some features of the channel as a result.

The things that I can no longer do now is uploading more than 10 videos / days, and add links to the descriptions.

To regain those, I am expected to do a "verification", by uploading a clip of my real face doing some thing according to the instruction, or uploading my real ID / driver license. I don't know about you guys, but I do not want to do either of those.

The only option remaining is to "build channel history", which according to the email I received, I clearly don't have enough "history". So now I have to wait over 2 months to get verified that my channel has sufficient "history", whatever that might be.

TLDR, that means less uploads now, and my channel also has risk of not following Hololive guideline, since links to original streams are not clickable. But well, nothing I can do about it.

I had a great time with my family and friends. Now I'm too lazy to switch back to working mode (＃￣ω￣)

I will spend the next days leisurely reading the comments that you guys posted during my vacation and slowly work on the karaoke streams.

If I add a song lyric to a clip, either using YouTube caption function, or add text directly to the clip, Is it considered "Derivative Works", or "adding meaningful content/input" ? If not, what do I need to do ?

I hit the limit for daily upload, so I will upload songs from Aqua, Watame and Mio some time later.
Also, Polka and Fubiki's part are Medley, so I don't clip from that. Instead, I added the original stream to my playlist.

Not sure if it was because I applied for monetization, but I feel like being harassed by YouTube-kun right now.
They decide to send me 1 email for EACH clips on my channel, saying that clip has a copyright claim (not strike). These claims do not affect my channel, but they WILL put ads on the clips.

I have more than 11,000 clips now, imagine how many emails I receive (not only emails, YouTube notifications AND notifications on Youtube Creator page)

I'm kinda tempted to report these emails as spams.

On a not related note, I think Holomems are having a Christmas relay karaoke stream on 25/12, so I will not upload anything today and tomorrow (23, 24) to relax a bit before the relay.
