This channel is all about the interesting stories behind the food you want to eat, and cooking it too. Every recipe has a story behind it, and once you know that story, you taste the food a little differently. I’ve always found that cooking is more interesting when there’s context behind the dish at hand. Knowing a little bit of history, believe it or not, can make you a smarter, more thoughtful cook.
I spent a few years working as a private chef, I’ve worked in restaurants in both the front and back of the house, washed dishes, worked in a concessions stand… and that’s not a sad attempt at a flex, it just means I've made many of the mistakes a kitchen can throw at you, usually more than once. And I intend to use those lessons learned to help you become a better, more technical cook.
So thanks a mille for watching and I hope you dig the vids!
