We are identical twins from Sydney, Australia who started real estate investing at the age of 24 and have since built a multi-million dollar real estate portfolio.
Known as the Property Twins amongst our friends, we โeat, sleep, drinkโ property and have immense passion for real estate, discovered at the age of seven; having been bought the Aussie Home World magazine by our mum to complete a year two assignment well before we moved to Australia. Having moved to Australia in our teens in year 2000, we have been focused on ensuring reaching our complete potential as individuals.
We believe that a vision to build a successful future and mindset are key to building an empowering life. Property Twins
Hi all,
At Property Twins it has been an extremely busy seven months. We've been working on several projects, including our rebrand, website, podcast and our recent European Adventure.

We started investing in property soon after university and built a $5mill portfolio before 30. The biggest challenge for us was knowing where to start, who to trust. We felt everybody had their own agenda and they would rather us either get a loan without understanding the reasoning or structures or to buy property (lemons even!) regardless of whether it was in our best interests or not.
We were lucky enough to pay a small price early on to not buy 'lemon' properties. We found ourselves amongst experienced property investors who had built solid property portfolios without the bells and whistles of โbrand newโ or the red flags like โrental guaranteesโ, properties where fundamentals worked.
Starting property investment was a steep learning curve. Our routine outside our long corporate hours was to come home, have dinner and study property till mid night, every single day.
We read forums, books, talked to investors. We analysed how property cycles worked - when the last peak was and what we should pay for a given property, what our negotiables and non- negotiables were.
Our Saturdays were spent on the road in Western Sydney looking at houses. We had a โwhyโ. Property was our calling.

We established Property Twins Finance in 2017, quitting our careers at Macquarie Group and walking out of the building together without a pay cheque. That was scary. But we couldnโt fathom not meeting our FULL potential as humans.
Simply put, "the nightmare drove us more than the dream."
As property investors, we knew structuring loans was the life blood of a property portfolio. Without the right finance structuring you cannot build a property portfolio.
Property is our first love. Early on we were coaching our clients on where to buy, what to buy, what type of property to buy and sending them to buyersโ agents to execute our strategy.
Our clients would then bring back a list of properties from the buyersโ agents and ask us which one they should pick. Our clients were so educated, we'd put the buyersโ agents out of business... thatโs what we were told. The launch of Property Twins Buyers Agency was natural progression.
We find it most exciting when we win a property for our clients as their buyersโ agents, amongst dozens of offers.
