Confession: I kinda hate those 'shocked-face' thumbnails and yet sometimes they apply to the content of the video. 🤷♂️ The things I wish I’d known sooner 🌱 I made this video to answer some of the problems and failures that I encountered early on in my seed-sowing.
As I’ve gained experience I’ve realised so many of these issues aren’t big or scary, they’re actually simple tweaks or things to keep in mind and it’s made seed starting so much easier.

Me making out that my garden has an element of organisation! If only they knew the truth! 😂 Seriously though, one aspect of my work that I've really come to enjoy and appreciate is giving talks. I was invited to give a talk to Dungarvan Flower & Garden Club last week and it was a blast. Great to see a thriving, friendly, engaged group with strong numbers. I love making content online, but getting to spend an evening with people face-to-face talking plants is special in a different way. Thank you to the club organisers and the members for being such a welcoming, lovely bunch!
