Episode 12 | Sunday Sitdown with Subhi 🎙️| Episode drops June 7
This podcast, I’m joined by Yash Arya — and we’re diving into a conversation that challenges the way we think about:
✨ Prosperity — what it really means beyond money
✨ Why some countries thrive while others struggle
✨ Economic freedom, capitalism & the middle-class mindset
✨ And the uncomfortable question — does stability sometimes hold us back?
But we’re also asking the harder side of it:
⚖️ Does capitalism leave some people behind?
⚖️ Where do welfare systems actually get it right?
⚖️ Can growth and compassion coexist?
This isn’t about choosing sides.
It’s about thinking deeper, questioning louder, and understanding better.
If you’ve ever felt stuck between *playing safe* and *wanting more* —
this conversation might shift something within you.

🎙️Episode 11 Announcement | Guest: Aaswad Satpute 🎙️For April 5th
From struggling with written exams due to dyslexia… to building a life of stability, success, and creativity in the United States 🇺🇸
On April 5th, I’m joined by Aaswad — someone whose journey is a powerful reminder that there’s no one “right” way to succeed.
Diagnosed with dyslexia early on, academics were never the easy route. But what stood out was his determination to find his own systems, his own rhythm, and his own path forward.
Today, he’s a Master’s graduate, a working professional, a homeowner, a husband, a father — and a passionate photographer.
In this episode, we talk about:
• His childhood struggles through Dyslexia in school, with teachers and students, during homework and exams. Effect the disability had on his confidence and how he overcame
• Financial priorities every young professional should focus on
• Building credit the smart way
• The real, step-by-step process of buying a house in the US
I’ve personally seen parts of his journey — and it’s not the challenges that define him, but how he chose to rise through them.
This one is about resilience, reinvention, and doing life on your own terms.

🎙️Episode 9 Announcement
for Feb 22| Guest: Esha Chouthe🎙️
From Indore to Purdue, from a dream role at Amazon to intentionally returning home to India - our this week’s guest is Esha.
Meet Esha Chouthe - An engineer, a global professional, and a founder! She is probably one of the youngest guests on the show and one of the sharpest minds I know (Gen Z energy? maybe 😌).
Esha grew up in Indore, pursued engineering in India, and moved to the US for her Master’s at Purdue University with a clear plan to gain global exposure and eventually return. After working at Amazon, she followed through on that intention — coming back to India, marrying her partner of more than 10 years, and founding The Stepping Stone.
The Stepping Stone is built on a simple but powerful belief: children deserve more than academic success.
Through financial awareness, logical thinking, decision-making, and emotional understanding, the venture focuses on equipping children with life skills that shape confident, capable adults.
This episode is helpful for those who want to look beyond career milestones and truly understand The Stepping Stone — its purpose, philosophy, and long-term impact on children’s lives.
We will discuss in detail on:
Why The Stepping Stone was born:
The gap she noticed in traditional education — and why life skills like money sense, logic, and emotional awareness matter early.
Skills children need for adult life:
What today’s kids actually need to thrive tomorrow — beyond marks and degrees.
Join us in our conversation in Episode 9 if you want to understand The Stepping Stone — its vision, values, and the gap it aims to fill — and for anyone navigating questions around ambition, intention, and long-term alignment.
🎧 Episode drops on Feb 22nd

🎙️Episode 8 Announcement!!!!! 🎙️
Our guest for Feb 1st Episode: Madhur Khanna @misterkhanna
Public service roles carry immense responsibility, discipline, and respect — and they also operate within complex systems that impact individuals differently.
In this episode, Madhur shares his personal experiences serving in a Government of India security role — from the rigorous physical and mental training to the realities he observed from inside the system. While deeply acknowledging the importance of public service, Madhur also reflects on aspects that he felt were under-discussed, including how motivations, fulfillment, and systemic limitations can vary widely from person to person.
Over time, he realized that while the role offered stability and structure, it did not align with the kind of growth and purpose he was personally seeking. This led him to make a thoughtful and courageous decision — to step away and pursue a Master’s degree in the United States, beginning a new chapter of learning and self-discovery.
We discuss:
The realities behind government security roles
Rigorous training he underwent, including:
• Physical endurance and fitness training
• Tactical and security protocols
• Discipline and mental resilience exercises
• Crisis management and decision-making under pressure
Stability vs personal fulfillment
Cultural and academic shocks when moving to the US
Life lessons in your 20s: staying motivated, sensing positive energy, building impactful habits
Redefining success and finding alignment

🌻🌻TSSS Gratitude As We Start 2026 🌻🌻
Further, the response to this initiative has been incredibly rewarding. Whether it’s my guests and their loved ones feeling truly special by the end of each podcast—knowing they’ve created a digital diary for life—or the audience discovering something new with every episode and eagerly awaiting the next, this journey has been deeply fulfilling.
I’m immensely grateful to each one of you who consistently like, comment, and engage with every reel, YouTube short, story, and video—without me ever having to ask, no matter how often it shows up on your feed. This support genuinely means the world to me.
Over time, I’ve stopped seeing The Sunday Sitdown with Subhi as a one‑person initiative. Day by day, it’s growing into a family. Thank you for being such an integral part of this journey. 🙏

TSSS Update:
Very soon, I’ll be updating the episode release schedule to once every two weeks.
TSSS began as a passion project alongside my full-time job — a small effort to give back to society, contribute positively, and do my bit to make the world a little better place in my early 30s.
The plan was to launch during the holiday season, when work pressures are relatively lighter, and to release as many episodes as possible in the beginning to build trust and engagement with all of you. Keeping it weekly in the initial days and later increasing the gap between episodes was partly intentional.
That said, while I absolutely love creating these conversations and remain deeply passionate about this journey, managing weekly episodes alongside office responsibilities has been a bit overwhelming.
To continue enjoying this work, staying consistent, and doing justice to both my commitments, I’ve decided to shift to a fortnightly schedule.
Thank you, as always, for your constant love, patience, and understanding. Your support makes this journey possible. 💛
