Luck plays a big role in our success.

Not just luck in “opportunities”… but luck in where you’re born, who raises you, what you see every day, and the examples you grow up around.

I grew up with a single mother and a sister. And as a kid, you don’t always know what you need… until someone quietly fills the gap.

One of the biggest pieces of luck in my life was my grandfather, Manouchehr Rowshan.

He was a sportsman, a national champion, and the most influential mentor I’ve ever had — without needing to talk much. He took me everywhere. I watched his discipline, his respect, his standards. And without realizing it, I was absorbing a blueprint.

Looking back, I’m grateful I was born into a family where someone like him was part of my environment. Not everyone gets that.

He’s not here anymore… but what he built in me stayed.

If you had someone like this — a grandparent, a coach, a teacher — don’t underestimate how much they shaped you.
And if you didn’t… become that person for someone else.

If I’m being honest… I didn’t build this because it was easy.
I built it because I needed to create a place that matched my standards.
The place where kids learn football, but more importantly learn discipline, character, and self-respect.

The journey wasn’t always beautiful.
But it was always real.

Thank you to every player, parent, coach and staff member who believed when the vision was still invisible.
