Ichimoku Kinkō Hyō is a charting system for viewing the financial markets. It’s a technical analysis indicator system designed to help traders quickly, at a glance, see trends and momentum on charts. It's one of the first systems that creates possible support and resistance lines in the future. The system fills in color between the future lines and that is called the "Cloud."

The purpose of Ichimoku is to help you evaluate market action.
