I am an Italian model, actor, and content creator. After 12 years of competitive swimming and earning a degree in Communication Sciences, I began my modeling career. Competitions were my first step, leading me to achieve titles such as Mister Italia, Mister Model International in Miami, and eventually Mister World Italy in the Philippines. This journey naturally opened doors to TV and acting opportunities. Along the way, I started documenting my experiences on social media, which significantly boosted my online presence and turned into a full-time pursuit. Over the years, I’ve expanded my focus beyond outer beauty and self-care to include inner well-being and creating inspirational content. A journey toward self-mastery, documenting and sharing it with you in the hope of helping someone out there reach their fullest potential.

Shibuya 🗼
First week in Tokyo and I almost forgot how many people live here. It’s so crowded, but at the same time it feels very safe, civilized, kind, bold, modern, and full (almost too full) of possibilities and things to do.

I’m loving just hanging around, seeing all the things I missed during my previous trip, and experiencing the local life. Harajuku, Shibuya, Omotesando and Aoyama are the first places I’m seeing on this new adventure.

Moving to Japan for the next months 🇯🇵
After the incredible experience of India, I didn’t even have the time to digest the transformation I had, that I already have to get on this new adventure. I’m moving to Tokyo for the next 3 months!Between all the places I visited, Japan was the one I liked the most, and Tokyo seems like a place full of life, possibilities, things to do, creativity, etc.

I don’t know if this is going to be long-term, but I anyway want to see how’s life here, not as a tourist, but truly living here, learning the language, eating local, and working. I’ll definitely document my journey on social media. Let’s make this 2025 an escape from the comfort zone.

Shoonya - Emptiness 🌙
And my three weeks in Isha Yoga Center just came to an end, having a week hanging out with other artists and creators that were there as guests too, visiting their schools, sheds, temples, and doing activities together.

To then finish with the last advanced course, Shoonya Intensive. If the previous course shook me physically and emotionally, this shook me mentally and made me so still. So many limitations and patterns are broken, and I have new advanced practices to do daily now.

So many things to digest, it was one of the most challenging but amazing experiences of my life, where I truly experience Yoga, Union with all creation.

I’ve always wanted an adventurous, aesthetic, and pure life like the incredible stories of #StudioGhibli. They truly get you out of the psychological drama and back to existential reality, pushing you out of your mind and seeing things from a certain distance and perspective. So it’s not just about Miyazaki-San, and all the people responsible of these beautiful drawings that changed our lives, that’s in my opinion why you enjoy that coziness and fantasies, they make you re-prioritize and experience life without limitations.

Birthday boy in India🎂
I just finished my first week at the Isha Yoga Center in India, and completed the most intense program of my life.

I can’t share what happened totally, but it was 4 days of total destruction, breaking my limitations in all areas of life: physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically.

I feel like a total different being, peeling off so many unnecessary things that burdened me, and feel way more in contact with life and nature.
I’m now having the second program and the I’ll be back to Italy for a few days before Japan.

Isha Yoga Center in Coimbatore - India 🇮🇳
After so much struggle I finally managed to catch this opportunity to visit the Yoga Center! I’ve been practicing Yoga since I was a kid, and meditating for years now. I keep learning daily and I’m constantly seeking!

My inner journey continues, after learning many techniques and practicing them daily, I now can participate in 2 advanced programs:

- Bhava Spandana, an opportunity to go beyond the limitations of mind and body and experience everything as yourself
- and Shoonya, which can lead to a deep sense of inner well-being.

“Yoga is not a religion, a belief system or a philosophy. It is a technology for inner evolution, to hasten human evolution to its ultimate possibility.”

Gotta catch’em all!
Maybe my biggest childhood dream was to become a Pokemon trainer, which meant: adventure, freedom, friendship, and becoming great at something I love doing.

Even if there’s no Pokemon (but inner-child healing gadgets, games, and cards are), I’m actually slowly getting to live that life! You can’t control how your life will be, or where it will go, just give yourself totally and let go, the flow will get you maybe where you wanted through a different road (yours), or maybe in an even better place!

Be a radiant being.
Make your life from “what can I get” to “what can I give”. If you let life flow instead of holding it, it will be an amazing experience, not a stagnant life. If you hold, you will have more, but nothing in your experience, because life is not measured in quantity, but in intensity of experience. From stagnation to radiance. There’s nothing to hold, you actually own nothing in life if you look carefully and be honest, not even your mind nor body. Be like a mirror that reflects everything.

If you give it all, the whole world becomes yours. Your calculations mean nothing, if you give your life to everybody around you, they will take care of you. This whole life process got completely misunderstood, too much calculations and no exuberance. Stop waiting to get something or somewhere to be well, there’s no such thing. It doesn’t mean compulsive pleasures, but a conscious free life. Death is equanimity, full live is exuberance, but a half-life is torturous, don’t live such a life. Nothing to gain and nothing to lose. Put yourself aside and be a passage for life and the While to happen through you. Let it pass. Be a Deva.
