Honestly I was hesitant to do so, since I haven't been that active, and it feels weird to get tips for just playing games, but as some people may know, I also have a second channel (which is currently a bit inactive but I do want to get back to it) where I play through and translate various Japanese games. In my mind, that's using a skill and providing more of an actual service, so I don't mind making a Ko-fi for the "Liquidsolidus9000" brand as a whole, if that makes sense :P.

I'll probably make a video later going into more detail. If it sees some success, I might make a video every month or so shouting out anyone that did tip, if there's interest in that type of thing. Thanks again for all your support over the years, and stay tuned to more LPs in the near future.

Very happy to see everyone's response to me doing SM3 on PS2. I really appreciate everyone sticking with me after being quite inactive for so long. 🙏
The first two parts, I recorded from an actual PS2 and so the quality is a little rough, but starting in part 3 I switched to an emulator, which lets me play with upscaled textured and higher resolution. Here's a preview of what's the come - when I first saw it myself I was blown away!

How much does video quality matter to you? Honestly a big reason I've put off playing Spider-Man 2016 is worrying about if I had the wherewithal (PC power/HD space) to actually record a game like that at a high resolution and whatnot, and was wondering if people would maybe accept something lower. According to 'Can you Run it' I probably could pull it off the remaster at a higher res (like 1080p), but I wouldn't be surprised if I get frame drops or need to play on something other than "ultra settings" to record it (I've also just considered doing the OG PS4 version). Would love to hear everyone's thoughts, if you're still sticking with me after all this time. 🙏

Saw Across the Spider-Verse and really enjoyed it. I had a DVD back in the day with episodes from the 90s Spider-Man cartoon, and one of the episodes featured the Spot, and ever since then I've thought he was a pretty underutilized villain, so it was cool to see him get some love. :P Was a bit surprised by the ending but am excited to see the next one.
