The thing they don't tell you about losing weight is that none of your existing clothes will fit. I think i have three t-shirts that fit properly everything else is 2 sizes too big 😅

Week 14 Fitness Update!

Had a fantastic trip and break from all things fitness. Had a lot of good food with great people. Wednesday we are getting right back after it.
