To every user, creator, viewer, and member of the online community:

My name is Master Sergeant Bodoy, a former Chief Investigator of the Online Special Investigation Group and founder of the Anti-Heat and Anti-R34 Trolling Agency. I am speaking today with a serious and urgent message to everyone who uses YouTube and other online platforms.

Across the internet, we have seen a troubling rise in harmful content connected to what many people call “Gacha Heat.” While some creators use Gacha content for storytelling, animation, and entertainment, there are individuals who misuse it to create sexualized or exploitative material involving characters that represent minors. In some cases, this crosses into illegal child exploitation material (CP) or content that imitates it.

This is not just a violation of platform rules—it is a serious crime and a danger to children everywhere.

Because of this growing threat, we are declaring a community operation to fight against child exploitation content online. This is not about attacking innocent creators or starting harassment campaigns. It is about protecting young audiences and stopping people who use animation, edits, or roleplay content to normalize or distribute illegal and harmful material.

I want to be clear about a few important things:

1. Do not harass people or start mob attacks.
Fighting harmful content must be done responsibly and legally.

2. Report suspicious or illegal content properly.
Use YouTube’s reporting tools and report it to appropriate cybercrime authorities in your country.

3. Protect younger audiences.
Parents, guardians, and older community members should help educate younger creators about online safety and responsible content creation.

4. Creators must take responsibility.
If you make Gacha content, keep it safe for audiences and never create sexualized material involving characters that appear to be minors.

This operation is about awareness, reporting, and protection, not revenge or online vigilantism. We must work together as a responsible community.

If you encounter content that clearly promotes child exploitation or illegal material:

- Do not share it.
- Do not engage with it.
- Report it immediately through the platform and proper authorities.

The internet should be a place for creativity, storytelling, learning, and fun—not exploitation.
