an online source via YouTube & Facebook for authentic Trinbagonian
dishes, desserts ,Multicultural Cuisine and Lifestyle videos.
The main focus is to provide condensed and easy cooking tutorials
while maintaining the authenticity of our local foods for a global
audience.
The aim is to promote and educate about Trinidad and Tobago's food &
culture so it’s not lost for our future generations.
New Recipes are published weekly on YouTube, Facebook, IG and TikTok.

I made it to the New York Times!!!!! Please note that the picture in the beginning of the article was the doubles that, The Chef that wrote the article tried to made using Mr Badru Deens Recipe and was was adapted by her. You will see me in the next post with a traditional doubles. The knew their's wasn't traditional looking, hence the reason having me showcase mine.

Happy Indian Arrival Day Sweet T&T. I am so proud of my culture and heritage, thankful to my ancestors for toiling and for their hard work in passing on traditions and their culture through the generations.
