The moment I started to “HATE” football 👇
There was a time when football wasn’t just my purpose—it was my obsession.
I was so focused on becoming “the best” that I stopped being myself.
Every session, every match, every moment—measured, analyzed, never enough.
The pressure to improve drowned out the joy that made me fall in love with the game in the first place.
Somewhere along the line, play turned into performance.
Fun became a distant memory.
Football became a chore, not a gift.
And in my mission for excellence, I lost the part of me that was meant to enjoy it all.
Here’s the part no one talks about:
- Relentless discipline without presence leads to numbness.
- Pushing for more, more, more—until life itself becomes another box to tick.
I know I’m not alone.

Beating yourself up for not being “enough,”
Forgetting to laugh, to breathe, to live.
The lesson?
You can be driven, but don’t drive the soul out of your journey.

2025 is coming.. let’s not repeat the same mistake !!
Ask yourself this question before anything else:
1) How has this year been ? (Be honest & take your time)
2) What beliefs do I currently have about myself ? I am worth of everything the universe send me vs I am not good enough, I don’t know if I can… (this is have a massive effect)
3) What does the next version of my avatar look like ? How do I want to think, feel and act in 2025 ?
If you do what you have always done, you will always get what you have always got
Don’t make this another year of false promises, devaluing yourself every time you go against yourself
