Treasures of wealth, position, respect or power will end one day. The true wealth is the heart attached to Jesus, the Treasure Who is eternally secure in Heaven🙌🏾. Hallelujah.
The Eternal Treasure is revealed in Matthew 6:19-21 : “Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth... where thieves break in and steal; but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven...For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also."

Called to a life of visible impact. In Luke 13, Jesus likens the Kingdom of God to a mustard seed and leaven (yeast). The growth of the seed is visible, and the influence of yeast in flour is palpable.
Lesson Learned: Our Christian life should be impactful, and influence people around us.
Prayer: Lord, help me to be a blessing to others, to draw them to the experience of the possibilities of living for God through Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. Amen

In Luke 13:1-5 Jesus was told that Pilate used the blood of some Galilaeans for sacrifice. Jesus asked them if they thought those Galilaeans were more sinful than others, and concluded with "... except you repent, you shall all likewise perish".
Lesson Learned: Jesus calls our attention to the need to ask God for forgiveness for those little sins that we ignore, and take for granted. It is necessary to cleanse our hearts regularly by checking out those foxes that spoil our vines.
Prayer: Lord, forgive me, and open my eyes to those hidden sins of my heart. Shalom. Maranatha.
