Same Napier grass, but different forms can change the price. 🌱💰

Kutti (chopped) fodder is ready to feed and preferred by gaushalas & dairy farms, while Sabut (whole) chara is cheaper as buyers often deduct cutting charges. More labour, machine use, and quick transport are needed for Kutti.

Today, silage is also widely used to preserve Napier for year-round supply, especially for CBG plants.
