It’s a cold autumn morning at Disneyland Paris.
The park is still quiet… except for the faint creak of the gates at Phantom Manor.

Behind those haunted doors, a small team of Cast Members begins their day. Before guests arrive, they gather for a briefing — the first step in bringing this eerie attraction to life.

As the sun rises over Thunder Mesa, the Manor stands in silence. Cast Members move through hidden corridors, checking every Doom Buggy, every sound effect, and every flicker of ghostly light. There’s no pixie dust here — just precision, teamwork, and a touch of mystery.

At 9 a.m., the doors finally open. The first guests enter the foyer, unaware of the effort that went into every chilling detail. From the Porter greeting visitors with a “Good evening” at dawn, to the control team watching over every moving buggy — each role is part of the story.

Inside Phantom Manor, time stands still. For the Cast Members who work here, it’s more than an attraction… it’s a living legend, filled with hidden traditions, heartwarming moments, and a touch of the supernatural.

And as the last Doom Buggy returns at night, the spirits rest — until the Manor awakens once again.

The Rio Grande Bar has added two delicious burritos, and collectors can now get the Sleeping Beauty Grimoire. Unused soaps are being recycled into new bars for families in need, while a new Mad Hatter’s Tea Cups key celebrates one of Fantasyland’s most iconic attractions. Inside the Disneyland Hotel, the Royal Banquet showcases magical portraits of Disney chefs, and La Table de Lumière invites guests on a refined culinary journey.
Starting November 18th, the “Bon Plan” ticket gives one-day park access from 49 euros, and from November 8, Disneyland Park will sparkle with festive decorations, magical encounters with Santa and Mrs. Claus, and Belle in her winter dress.
