S tier could go either way, I have axel there because he negged Robby

This is important because Robby's a stronger opponent than 2nd stance Axel, so if we compare the feats, a dirty axel negged a stronger opponent than Miguel, who only negged 2nd stance axel


(as well as it being heavily implied that if axel fought dirty he'd break Miguel's back again)
