🦇Happy International Bat Appreciation Day!🦇

Today we celebrate and appreciate the marvelous, magical, masterful mammals of the sky, bats! Bats are extremely diverse, within the order Chiroptera (which contains all bats) there are over 1,400 individual species, meaning that they make up around a quarter of all described mammal species, just bats! There is no reason not to love these little guys as they help control mosquito populations, Batman is cool, guano (bat droppings) is an excellent fertilizer, and here in Austin, the famous Congress Avenue Bat Colony brings in around $10 Million in tourists each year! Scolipede engage in fierce territorial battles with Centiskorch. At the end of one of these battles, the victor makes a meal of the loser. Across all the regions it is found in, Scolipede is feared as one of the most voracious and fierce wild Pokémon a trainer can run into!
