Sharing stories and actionable advice using what I have learned on my journey from living on the streets at 14, to running multimillion dollar businesses at 42.
I am an executive leader, qualified personal trainer, writer, coach, and most importantly a dad. I take a holistic approach to self development, fitness, mental health, and spirituality.
I initially chased a life based on society’s definition of success, because I thought I needed to prove myself to the world after experiencing a life of poverty, crime, and homelessness as a kid.
After achieving success in the corporate world and building wealth, I got to the age of 42 and realised my purpose had changed.
I now want to spend my time helping other people become healthier, overcome adversity, find purpose, cultivate resilience, and face their fears to lead fulfilling and successful lives.
