Personal discipleship for us begins and ends in bed. During the twilight between asleep and awake we express gratitude, call on and hold a “best case scenario” vision for life and the day’s events, and place our faith in the faith of the one who grants us the vision for a good life that blesses others.
This simple daily launching and anchoring practice invites a healthier heart in terms of the emotional component of our life.
