(Formerly United Cybersafety Advocates of the Philippines)

To our beloved Filipino creators, developers, and gaming community ❤️

Long before we stood as your game development home, we began as the United Cybersafety Advocates of the Philippines(UCAP)—and for years (2019-NOW), we have repeatedly sent reports to Roblox about critical child safety concerns, exploitation risks, and gaps in platform protection. Despite our efforts to work with them toward meaningful change, we have not received a single response to date.

Through every line of code we’ve written, every world we’ve built, and every milestone we’ve achieved together—we have done everything we could to nurture our community and push for accountability. As we prepare for the ban to take effect in 30 days (with reports of the deadline potentially shortened to 15 days), we stand with grounded resolve: it is time for us to accept the severity of the situation, and let the tide of time and the will of the Creator be done unto us.

In this season of transition, the truth we hold close remains steadfast: “Maybe it is for the best—if it is, let time and fate run their course; may His will be done.” We know that things come and go in this world—that is simply how life moves forward. All we can do is accept what we cannot change, and build anew for the better of humanity.

Our passion for coding and game development is never confined to one platform—it lives in the creative spirit of every Filipino who imagines, builds, and inspires. Over the next 30 days, we will begin our transition to ASSOCIATION FOR RESPONSIBLE GAME DEVELOPMENT INC. (ARGDi) 🚀

In this new chapter, we pledge to:
✅ Provide robust support for all creators exploring development beyond Roblox – with mentorship, resources, and collaborative networks to help your skills flourish
✅ Lead an empowered, responsible game creation advocacy – building an industry where innovation balances with safety, ethics, and care for our communities

We extend our heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering dedication to protecting the children and youth of the Philippines – the foundation of our nation’s future. We recognize that the decision to implement restrictions on Roblox operations was shaped by the same concerns we have raised for years, and we hold profound respect for the care and diligence that guided this process.

We fully accept and honor the judgment reached, as well as the gravity of the issues and cases that led to this action. We understand that safeguarding our people demands difficult choices, and we commend your commitment to upholding the well-being of every Filipino citizen.
