• Homes are selling like hotcakes, but overall, we’re still not beating last year’s total sales yet.
• Prices? Oh, they’re climbing! Especially for those stand-alone homes and smaller, cozy apartments!
🤷 What Does It Mean for Me?
• Looking to buy? It’s a tad competitive out there, especially for homes under $700k. Buckle up for a fun ride! 🎢
• Selling? The ball might be in your court with the current demand! 🎾
September’s Highlights:
• Home Sales: 2,441 sold (Record high! 🎉)
• 2023 Trend: We’re 12% lower in sales compared to last year
• Avg. Home Price: $570,300 (Up 9% from last year! 📈)
Let’s Dive a Bit Deeper: 🤿
• Detached Homes: More scarce, 11% pricier, especially under $700k
• Semi-Detached: Up 11% but took a small pause in price this month
• Row Houses: Saw a 1.5% monthly price increase & a big 17% yearly jump!
• Apartments: Sales shot up 25% & prices are up 15%
