Norbert Wigbels

Jan-Henning, creator and main protagonist of the "F3K-Baureihe", died from cancer yesterday.

Despite the fact that the series was broadcasted in the german language, Jan has fans all over the world. He regularly received messages from viewers in Brazil, the USA and even China.

He enjoyed it very much! And I think I may greet you from him for the last time!

The picture shows him with one of his self build Whirli planes. This Whirli was known as "gelbe Gefahr" and the airfoil was heavily hand-modified for better thermal performance.
