రాజధాని అమరావతి రైతులకు ఈ- లాటరీ విధానంలో 138 రిటర్నబుల్ ప్లాట్ల కేటాయింపు
ప్రజారాజధాని అమరావతి నిర్మాణానికి భూములిచ్చిన 12 గ్రామాలకు చెందిన 59 మంది రైతులకు 2025 జూలై 19న విజయవాడలోని ఏపీ సిఆర్డిఏ కార్యాలయంలో ఈ- లాటరీ విధానంలో 138 రిటర్నబుల్ ప్లాట్లను కేటాయించారు. వీటిలో 91 నివాస ప్లాట్లు కాగా 47 వాణిజ్య ప్లాట్లు. నవులూరు 2, కురగల్లు 1, నిడమర్రు 1& 2, అబ్బరాజుపాలెం, అనంతవరం, రాయపూడి 1& 2, తుళ్లూరు 1& 2, లింగాయపాలెం, బోరుపాలెం, నెక్కల్లు, ఉద్దండరాయునిపాలెం, ఉండవల్లి గ్రామ రైతులు, భూయజమానులకు ఈ- లాటరీ విధానంలో ఆన్‌లైన్ ర్యాండమ్ సిస్టం ద్వారా ప్లాట్లను కేటాయించడం జరిగింది.
✅ఈ- లాటరీకి హాజరైన రైతులకు ఆన్‌లైన్ ర్యాండమ్ సిస్టం ద్వారా నివాస, వాణిజ్య ప్లాట్లకు ముందుగా ట్రైల్ రన్ వేసి తర్వాత ప్రత్యక్ష లాటరీ ప్రక్రియను చేపట్టడం జరిగింది. రిటర్నబుల్ ప్లాట్లు పొందిన రైతులకు సిఆర్డిఏ అధికారులు ప్రొవిజనల్‌ సర్టిఫికెట్లు అందజేశారు. ఈ కార్యక్రమాన్ని నిర్వహించిన ల్యాండ్ విభాగం స్పెషల్ డిప్యూటీ కలెక్టర్(FAC) వి. డేవిడ్ రాజు గారు మాట్లాడుతూ.. ప్లాట్లు పొందిన రైతులకు భౌగోళికంగా వారి ప్లాట్లు ఎక్కడ కేటాయించబడ్డాయో వివరించడానికి ప్రత్యేకంగా జి.ఐ.ఎస్. సిబ్బంది, గ్రామ సర్వేయర్లను నియమించామన్నారు. రిటర్నబుల్ ప్లాట్లు పొందిన రైతులు రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ ప్రక్రియను త్వరితగతిన పూర్తి చేసుకోవాలని కోరారు. ప్లాట్ల రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ ప్రక్రియకు ఎలాంటి రుసుము వసూలు చేయబడదన్నారు.

✅ GRM Nodal Officer Ms. P. Jayashree assured prompt resolution, with most issues addressed on the spot.
