Update : Thank you all so much for your patience with the next video. My Dad’s appendix burst a week ago and he was in the hospital for several days. Thankfully, he’s ok and is doing better, but I’ve been doing everything in my power to be there for him and help him while he’s recovering.
(If you know me, you know how close I am with my Dad & how much he means to me)
While this has been a very stressful time, I’m seeing all the lessons the Universe is showing me — one of them is to make sure I’m honoring my energy and well-being, reminding me not to return to hustle culture tendencies, even when it looks like I’m getting behind on things. The universe is reminding me to trust in the flow of everything that is happening and to stop pushing so hard.

I sincerely appreciate your patience and I’m working on the video whenever I have small chunks of time where I have the energy.

Every single one of you who has chosen recovery/“all-in”, instead of dieting, I’m SO PROUD OF YOU. ⭐️❤️💚
I know it’s most definitely not an easy thing to do and I know that with multitudes of diets about to be shoved down your throats in January, it can make things feel harder. ❤️💚
BUT - remember that every single time you tried those diets, they never gave you the long term health, happiness, and freedom they promised you. They failed YOU, not the other way around. ❤️💚
Now is the time to be grateful that when you watch people suffering through restriction and deprivation in the new year, THAT NEVER HAS TO BE YOU EVER AGAIN.
Because you know what true food freedom really looks like.
I’m so proud of you all and thank you SO much for letting me be part of helping you on your recovery journeys. I do not that lightly. ❤️💚
