• Median price per square foot: $210, a slight dip that's worth watching as the market continues to shift.

The market isn't crashing, and it's not as frenzied as it was a few years ago. We're seeing a healthier balance where buyers have more choices and sellers still benefit from steady home values.

The biggest advantage right now isn't timing the market it's making informed decisions with better data and more inventory available.
