Hey beautiful souls 💜
Just a quick note - I had a real farm emergency today and haven’t had a chance to film the usual morning devotional or evening message.

One of my horses (Ella) got pushed through two fences and ended up upside down in a ravine. She’s safe now and standing, but it was pretty traumatic and it’s left me completely wiped out.

I’m so sorry for the delay.
If I can get decent signal while I’m in town tomorrow doing the feed run, I’ll pop on live for a short while around 8 or 9 pm Tuesday EDT just to say hi and let you know how she’s doing.

🌿 If something in your life feels unsettled right now…

It’s natural to look outward.
To try to understand what’s happening…
to make sense of what feels difficult.

But there are moments on the path
where the deepest shift doesn’t come from fixing what’s outside…

It comes from gently turning inward.

Not to judge yourself.
Not to find fault.

But to listen.

Because what you’re experiencing
is not separate from you.

It’s speaking through you.

And beneath the surface of reaction…
beneath the mind trying to solve…

there is a quieter place within you
that already knows how to meet this moment.

Your inner wisdom is not loud.
It doesn’t rush.
It doesn’t force answers.

It reveals… slowly… truthfully…
as you soften enough to hear it.

And as you begin to sit with yourself in this way,
with honesty… with curiosity… with presence…

something shifts.

Not because the world changes immediately…

but because you do.

And from there…
everything begins to move differently.

When you’ve done the work -
sat with the emotions, stayed through what was hard -

and then one day, you look up and realise…
you don’t quite recognise yourself anymore.

Not dramatically.
Just quietly… unfamiliar.

And the mind starts asking:
have I lost myself somewhere along the way?



Tonight’s message is for this space.

Not the beginning of healing.
Not the breakthrough.

But the in-between…
where the old self has loosened,
and the new one hasn’t fully taken shape yet.

🌿 If forgiveness feels complicated… you’re not doing it wrong.

There is a version of forgiveness that the world teaches
that asks you to rush… to override… to pretend you’re okay.

But true forgiveness doesn’t begin there.

It begins in the moment you stop fighting what happened…
and start tending to what it left inside you.

This morning is not about excusing what hurt you.
It’s not about making it right.

It’s about releasing the grip it still has on your body…
your breath… your becoming.

Because what you’ve lived through did shape you -
but it doesn’t get to hold you.

And gently, in your own timing…
you may begin to see:

That even here… there was something that strengthened you.
Something that clarified you.
Something that brought you closer to your own truth.

Forgiveness, in its truest form,
is not something you give them.

It’s something you allow yourself.

A return to peace.
A softening of the weight.
A quiet freedom in your own body again.
