I don't really know where to start, but I just wanted to tell you how sorry I am. Ever since things got weird between us, I've felt terrible. Knowing that you're upset with me honestly hurts more than I can explain. You are one of the most important people in my life, and seeing distance between us is something I never wanted.
I keep thinking about all the memories we've made together—the random conversations that lasted for hours, the inside jokes that nobody else understands, the times we laughed so hard we couldn't breathe, and even the moments when we were there for each other during difficult times. Those memories mean so much to me, and that's why this situation has been bothering me so much.
If I said something wrong, did something that hurt you, or made you feel unimportant in any way, I am genuinely sorry. I never intended to hurt you. Sometimes people make mistakes without realizing how their actions affect someone they care about, but that doesn't mean the hurt isn't real. Your feelings matter to me, and I never want to be the reason behind your sadness.
You have always been more than just a friend to me. You've been my safe place, my partner in crime, the person I could talk to about absolutely anything without being judged. You've seen me at my best and at my worst, and you've still stayed by my side. That's not something I take for granted. Friendships like ours are rare, and I cherish every moment we've spent together.
I know that saying "sorry" doesn't magically fix everything. Trust and feelings take time, and I completely understand if you need space or time to process things. I respect that. I just don't want you to think that I don't care, because I do—more than you probably know. Losing your smile, your messages, and our normal conversations has made me realize even more how much your presence means to me.
There are so many things I still want us to do together, so many memories left to create, so many laughs left to share. I don't want one misunderstanding, one mistake, or one bad moment to erase all the beautiful things we've built over time. Our friendship is worth fighting for, and I am willing to do whatever I can to make things right.
No matter how upset you are right now, I hope you remember that my care for you has never changed. You're still my favorite person to annoy, my favorite person to talk to, and one of the people I trust the most. I miss our conversations, I miss our silly moments, and honestly, I miss you.
So, from the bottom of my heart, I'm sorry. Not because I want to force you to forgive me, but because I truly regret hurting someone who means so much to me. Whenever you're ready, I'll be here. I'll listen, I'll understand, and I'll do my best to make things right.
