Lately, it feels like the air is heavier than usual. A lot of people are walking around with that quiet, invisible weight on their shoulders—feeling anxious, sad, numb. You see it in people’s eyes at the store, scrolling online, or just trying to get through the day.
If you’ve been feeling disconnected or overwhelmed, please know you’re not the only one. So many of us are trying to process the unexplainable & make sense of emotions that don’t always have words.
It’s important to give yourself grace. Take breaks. Check in on the people you care about. Hug your kids a little tighter. And remind yourself that even in heavy times, small moments of kindness and connection can mean everything.
We may not have answers right now, but we do have each other. And that still matters.
